Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all post-construction and service-related activities, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting our Construction Managers as needed. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining a comprehensive maintenance program for our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and conduct post-construction client walkthroughs to identify punch list items.
  • Manage punch list items, distinguishing between tasks for our technicians and deficiencies/incomplete work requiring trade attention.
  • Coordinate with trades to address deficiencies or incomplete work promptly.
  • Manage maintenance tasks for existing clients and ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance program for our clients' properties.
  • Cost code and approve expenses related to assigned work.
  • Communicate project status and progress to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Provide support to Construction Managers to maintain production schedules.
  • Participate in mechanical walkthroughs and weekly Production Meetings.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs and task lists using Buildertrend.
  • Ensure company vehicle is clean and well-maintained.

Required Qualifications:

  • High-level understanding of all aspects of construction.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve construction-related issues effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients and trades.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in residential construction.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
